The RITUAL is a wash kit built around one principle: everything has a place.
Three separate zippered compartments, stacked front to back. The front pocket takes a phone, a card, a folded note — flat items that need to stay separate. The middle compartment handles the overflow. The main rear compartment opens wide for everything else — full-size bottles, a razor, a grooming kit, whatever the trip demands. The rear zip pocket on the back panel handles the last-minute grab without opening anything else.
The top handle is structured leather — rigid, centred, stitched. Pick it up by the handle. Carry it to the bathroom. Set it down. The bag stands on its own.
Full grain leather in jet black. The surface is smooth and slightly waxy — refined without being precious. It is soft enough to compress into a packed bag and structured enough to hold its shape when set down. It develops a personal patina with every trip — subtle, dark, entirely yours.

Conditioning
Apply a natural leather conditioner — beeswax-based or lanolin-based — every 3 to 6 months. Use a soft cloth, work in small circular motions, allow to absorb for 30 minutes, then buff lightly. The leather will darken slightly and return to its natural colour as it dries.
Cleaning
For surface dirt — a slightly damp cloth, no soap. For deeper marks — a small amount of saddle soap on a damp cloth, worked gently into the leather, wiped clean, then dried with a soft cloth.
Water
East African full grain leather is naturally water resistant. If the bag gets wet — wipe dry immediately and allow to air dry away from direct heat. Do not use a hair dryer or place near a radiator.
The Patina
The darkening, softening, and character development that appears over months of carry is not wear. It is the leather responding to your use. Condition it regularly and it will continue to develop for years. No two bags age identically. That is the point.
Storage
Store in the dust bag when not in use. Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods. Do not compress under heavy objects.
