The TWINFOLD is the most substantial bag in the Barcon Getta sling collection. Wide, structured, and built for the man who carries more than a phone and a wallet. It is the bag that bridges the sling and the briefcase.
The front face is defined by a large full-coverage flap — clean top edge, contrast stitching, magnetic closure. Fold it down and two deep side-by-side slip pockets are revealed: left and right, separated by a centre divider. A phone in one. A slim wallet in the other. The flap closes over both. Above the flap: a full-width double-zip main compartment that opens wide across the top of the bag. The side zip pocket handles quick-access items. The rear zip pocket handles flat carry without opening anything else.
Four brass stud feet at the base. The bag stands on its own. It does not tip. It does not scratch.
The strap is full leather. The same dark coffee Crazy Horse leather as the bag body — wide, padded, and colour-matched. Antique brass hardware at every attachment point. It develops a patina alongside the bag.
Full grain Crazy Horse leather in dark coffee. The surface shows pull-up tonal variation — lighter at the raised seams and edges, darker in the recessed panels. The contrast amber stitching runs every seam. It deepens with carry. It softens with time.

Conditioning
Apply a natural leather conditioner — beeswax-based or lanolin-based — every 3 to 6 months. Use a soft cloth, work in small circular motions, allow to absorb for 30 minutes, then buff lightly. The leather will darken slightly and return to its natural colour as it dries.
Cleaning
For surface dirt — a slightly damp cloth, no soap. For deeper marks — a small amount of saddle soap on a damp cloth, worked gently into the leather, wiped clean, then dried with a soft cloth.
Water
East African full grain leather is naturally water resistant. If the bag gets wet — wipe dry immediately and allow to air dry away from direct heat. Do not use a hair dryer or place near a radiator.
The Patina
The darkening, softening, and character development that appears over months of carry is not wear. It is the leather responding to your use. Condition it regularly and it will continue to develop for years. No two bags age identically. That is the point.
Storage
Store in the dust bag when not in use. Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods. Do not compress under heavy objects.
