The KANO is a fanny pack built for the man who carries more than a fanny pack usually allows. The body is wide and boxy — carried at the waist, across the chest, or in hand. Three ways. One bag.
The main compartment opens fully via double zip — two brass pull tabs that meet at the centre and open wide. Inside: a phone, a wallet, a card holder, keys, a small power bank, and everything else a full day demands. The back slip pocket handles flat items — a boarding pass, a folded document, a transit card — without opening the main bag. The integrated leather grab handle at the base turns the KANO into a clutch when the strap comes off.
Full grain Crazy Horse leather in coffee and dark coffee. The surface is matte and slightly waxy — naturally water resistant, built for outdoor carry, travel, and daily use. The contrast stitching runs every seam in warm cream. It gets better with every carry.

Conditioning
Apply a natural leather conditioner — beeswax-based or lanolin-based — every 3 to 6 months. Use a soft cloth, work in small circular motions, allow to absorb for 30 minutes, then buff lightly. The leather will darken slightly and return to its natural colour as it dries.
Cleaning
For surface dirt — a slightly damp cloth, no soap. For deeper marks — a small amount of saddle soap on a damp cloth, worked gently into the leather, wiped clean, then dried with a soft cloth.
Water
East African full grain leather is naturally water resistant. If the bag gets wet — wipe dry immediately and allow to air dry away from direct heat. Do not use a hair dryer or place near a radiator.
The Patina
The darkening, softening, and character development that appears over months of carry is not wear. It is the leather responding to your use. Condition it regularly and it will continue to develop for years. No two bags age identically. That is the point.
Storage
Store in the dust bag when not in use. Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods. Do not compress under heavy objects.
