The SlimCarry is the most organised bag in the Barcon Getta collection. Five access points. Five separate spaces. One wide landscape body that sits flat at the waist or across the chest.
The front face is defined by two large rounded-square pockets — left and right, side by side, each with its own zip along the top edge. They open independently. They close independently. Above them: a full-width double-zip main compartment that runs the entire width of the bag. The side zip pocket handles quick-access items. The rear zip pocket handles flat carry — cards, a boarding pass, a transit pass — without opening anything else.
Pebbled full grain leather in jet black. The surface is natural — the grain of the hide left intact, giving the leather a refined texture that holds its look through daily carry. It develops a subtle personal patina over time.
Wide adjustable nylon strap with military-style push-button quick-release metal buckle — press, release, done. Silver hardware throughout. Structured flat base. Polyester-cotton lining.

Conditioning
Apply a natural leather conditioner — beeswax-based or lanolin-based — every 3 to 6 months. Use a soft cloth, work in small circular motions, allow to absorb for 30 minutes, then buff lightly. The leather will darken slightly and return to its natural colour as it dries.
Cleaning
For surface dirt — a slightly damp cloth, no soap. For deeper marks — a small amount of saddle soap on a damp cloth, worked gently into the leather, wiped clean, then dried with a soft cloth.
Water
East African full grain leather is naturally water resistant. If the bag gets wet — wipe dry immediately and allow to air dry away from direct heat. Do not use a hair dryer or place near a radiator.
The Patina
The darkening, softening, and character development that appears over months of carry is not wear. It is the leather responding to your use. Condition it regularly and it will continue to develop for years. No two bags age identically. That is the point.
Storage
Store in the dust bag when not in use. Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods. Do not compress under heavy objects.
